Topic: “RESPECT in the Workplace”

“I see how much work is taking place and the deep thought process a lot of our people are giving to our culture through The Business of Manners. When we win the hearts of our people and change their lives by creating an environment where they can LOVE their jobs!! When that happens great things will follow!!”

Terry Rich, COO | Pack Automotive Group, Fort Worth, TX

Details: In the latest edition of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Employee Job Satisfaction and Engagement report, two-thirds of employees rated respectful treatment as the top contributor to overall employee job satisfaction for the third year in a row. In this impactful presentation, the question will be posed: "Which will you choose: To give respect or withhold respect? The goal of our offering is to help us all recognize how our choices contribute to the culture of the workplace in a positive or negative way. This presentation offers a deep look at the cultivation of respect.
