Club Hours of Operation
The City Club office hours are from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Dress Code for City Club Members and their Guests
The Club’s Dress Code for members and their guests is Business Attire in all areas. During the evenings, gentlemen are required to wear a jacket in the Club’s dining areas (excluding the bar area of the Grill and the Card Room immediately adjacent to bar area) and are encouraged to wear a jacket in all other areas. The only permitted exceptions are when a different dress code is specified in writing to members by Club management in connection with a particular scheduled Club event.

Complimentary Member Breakfast**: Monday through Friday from 7:30am until 9:00am. **NOTE: Complimentary Breakfast offer (Dine-In Only) limited to Member and one guest. By Reservation Only with Limited Seating. Please No Substitutions. Alcoholic Beverages Not Included. For groups please contact Kenny Roberson, for Private Event Reservations.)
Lunch: Monday through Friday from 11:00am until 2:00pm.
Dinner: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday Dining from 5:30pm to 9:00pm.
Grill Bar is open for Dining (Breakfast or Lunch), Happy Hour and Bar Bites
Happy Hour: Monday - Friday from 4:00pm - 6:00pm
Bar Bites: Monday - Saturday from 4:00pm - 7:00pm
Club Events
Our members enjoy a year-round calendar of events offering something for everyone. Memories and friendships are made to last a lifetime, whether through celebrating traditional holidays at the club, enjoying signature CCBR events, or simply joining together for casual gatherings. We host a large variety of unique, annual events that can be enjoyed by members of all ages ranging from our Spanish Town Block Party, Brunch with Santa, Easter Brunch, and Mother's Day Brunch, in addition to a magical Christmas Concert. Including a variety of events from Wine Dinners, Distinguished Speakers, Cocktail Classes, educational and interactive events, and many more! Members enjoy the area's most premier social experience and an opportunity to network with local professionals, business owners and community leaders. Come see what we are all about! All club entertainment shall be for members and guests of members only.
Host the Perfect Event
NO ROOM RENTAL FEES. City Club offers a wide range of event spaces whether you're entertaining clients or throwing a lavish wedding, you'll find every detail expertly covered by our indispensable professional events staff. Whether choosing buffet style or plated meal service, our banquet staff will treat your guests with that extra touch of special attention. Our goal is to help your event succeed no matter what the celebration including: - Corporate Events ~ Business Meetings ~ Small Private Functions ~ Weddings ~ Rehearsal Dinners ~ Grooms Dinner ~ Bridal Shower ~ Fundraisers ~ Graduation Party ~ Holiday Parties ~ Family Reunions - the possibilities are endless at the City Club! Private Dining Rooms
We require a signed contract to secure the date for all private events. We require a deposit of $2,000 for cocktail parties, rehearsal dinners, and wedding receptions. All deposits are nonrefundable and will be applied to the total cost of the event. The final guest guarantee is due 14 days prior to the scheduled date of the event. In the event such a guarantee is not provided, the expected number of guests indicated on this contract will then become the guaranteed number of guests. Final billing will be for the guarantee or the number served, whichever is greater. Should the number of guests drop below the estimated number in this contract, the Club reserves the right to adjust the space allocated to the Event to appropriately accommodate the number of confirmed guests..
Reservations
Member Dining: To make dining room reservations, you must be a Member of the City Club or be accompanied by a Member. CCBR Adheres to a 72-hour Cancellation Policy, all cancellations after this time period will be charged in full for the event. - Unless otherwise noted. All dates are subject to change. In the event of a change, we will make every effort to contact all members. With regard to special club functions, the Club will make every reasonable effort to fill your spot, but if it cannot, then you will be charged full price for the event if you cancel less than 72 hours prior to the event. Dinner reservations are requested.
Families of Members & Guests
Each Stockholder Member shall be entitled to all the privileges of the Club for himself or herself, his or her spouse and for the members of his or her immediate family living at his or her home, excepting sons or daughters who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older; provided, however, that those sons or daughters of Stockholder Members under age twenty-five (25) who are pursuing their education at any university will be permitted the use of the facilities of the Club. Minors shall only be permitted use of the Club facilities when accompanied by their parent(s). Children of all ages are expected to behave properly when visiting the Clubhouse. While dining, they are to be accompanied at all times and not allowed to roam about the Clubhouse. Small children and infants also have to maintain decorum and are not to be disruptive while dining at the Club. If a child is loud, crying or disruptive, we ask that you remove them from the dining rooms before other Member's meals are disrupted.
Tipping Regulations
A 20% service charge will be added to all checks. Cash tipping is not permitted. Employees accepting tips are subject to disciplinary action. The Board of Governors feels that a strict adherence to this policy will result in more uniform service to all members.
Parking
City Club members and guests that utilize either the Valet Parking Service or Self-Parking will incur a $5.00 fee per vehicle for occupying a club parking space. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
