Or do you just really enjoy eating charcuterie and cheese and want to impress loved ones with your new skills?! Then join Chef Katy while she walks you through all of her tips and tricks for making the perfect charcuterie board! She can also answer all of your cheese and meat questions, and also provide alternatives to meeting different dietary needs. You'll be the envy of all of your friends!
Knowledge required: All experience levels are welcome.
What you'll get: The class includes a custom crafted wood charcuterie board, including different meats, cheese, accoutrements, and more to make the charcuterie display. Learn techniques and strategic placements, to create the most mouth-watering board.
What to bring: Some creative fun.
