GORDY RUSH: A radio and marketing veteran with over 25 years in the business currently serves as the Vice-President/General Manager for Guaranty Media and was named The Louisiana Association of Broadcasters "Broadcaster of the Year" (Broadcasting Executive) in 2013 and "The Golden Mike" Award (On-Air) in 2009 making him the first person to receive both prestigious awards. In 2022, awarded the the “Radio Wayne Award for Market Manager of the Year” and recognition in the 2023 “Baton Rouge Business Report’s Capital Region 500” - inaugural edition list, highlighting key influencers representing a broad spectrum of sectors in business, government and nonprofits.
WDGL 98.1 FM (Eagle 98.1) Located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana is the flagship station for the LSU Sports Radio Network airing LSU Tigers Football, Basketball and Baseball games, and home to New Orleans Saints football.
